The technology cuts silly, repetitive work and unnecessary roles. Computers and algorithms are now close friends to our people. Old ways of work are being challenged.

People and AI are working hand in hand. One is helping other to improve and do more faster. There's no other way. We already saw society moving forward with the help of machines. This time is no different and it's going to happen for sure.

Organization as a whole works faster, and fewer people are needed to do things. The customer gets the value more often. Economic of scale is finally visible.
