Find automation evangelists in the org
Start building a small army of automation evangelists within the organization. It needs to spread organically everywhere. People need to invest their time into automation, see first results, and then invest even more. There's no magic wand to change the situation overnight

Start as fast as possible
Unlike many strategic initiatives, starting small and fast here, then proving the value of automation, is the best way to gain buy-in. Show the proof that an automation concept is working, create FOMO, and it will spread.
