PIOTR BEDNAREK
Hello
I'm a huge fan of removing or re-inventing processes and ending them with automation. The goal of those actions is to find efficiency at work.
With currently available technology and the rise of AI, there's no better moment to look for some leverage coming out of it.
We can work way less dumb and more in automated way
The promise
-
people work smart and more efficiently, the customer gets value way more often
-
some jobs completely disappear from our company - running a business is easier
-
work is done by computers, and people only oversee them
-
correlation between # of customers and # of people improves (see the chart ⬇️)

Areas where I want to help
-
team education, what's even possible with AI/Automation,
-
creating a desire to simplify things and replace manual work with automations,
-
spreading the usage of AI-based technologies,
-
identify automation champions, build a community around them,
-
shortening the time from idea to use AI to use it live,
-
^ reinforce those behaviours,
Projects where CAO can help
